Obama + Springfield = <3

Obama is coming to Springfield on Saturday.

This is very exciting news. If anyone hasn't caught on, Obama is sorta a big deal.

The event is planned for Saturday evening. It is going to start at 6:00 pm over at JFK stadium at Parkview High School.

My plan is to get into town early Saturday morning and keep an eye on the site until people start lining up, and then assume position in the line. I am pretty sure that the rest of Teh Juggernauts will be there vibrating with excitement. You will probably also see a whole array of other honorary team members, assorted Pastafarians, and a few radical parents. =)

This is a first-come-first-serve event and I would encourage getting there early if anyone wants to join into the fray!

We begin hoisting the sails...

For those of you who don't know, Teh Juggernauts are going on a grand adventure.

In a month we will be setting sail for California, the land of same-sex marriage and fields of legalized medical marijuana.

A car full of marauding pirates, on the high seas.

On the way out west we will be stopping at Ryan and my aunt's home, in Boulder Colorado. I just received top secret information about this stop.

There are rumors of a pasta maker in my aunt's kitchen.

As in... we would be able to make fresh spaghetti. A sacrament to our noodley creator.

This promises to be an amazing voyage. I am looking at a ship for the trip on Monday morning.
